The largest tool that we will be using with our website guides is Wordpress. Wordpress is an extremely powerful platform that has been around since 2003 and gives us web developers access to many very useful features, including being able to add to and retrieve information from a database. With Wordpress, it makes the overall web development process easier. In the Intro to HTML/CSS with Wordpress Backend Development guide, we will learn about the basics of using Wordpress for web development, but there will be more of an emphasis on the intro to HTML/CSS side.
